As most of you have heard there is a hole in the ceiling in the high school. But there is a story behind what had really happened. So we went to find the inside scoop. We went and talked to Mr. Broomfield, the superintendent, a few questions. To begin with what had really happened, he told us that there was so much snow on the roof that it had pushed down on metal rods which had been holding up the roof so the roof had caved in.
Mr. Broomfield had stated that he does not think that it could get any worse than it already is. We asked him what would happen if the roof would get worse what would they do he responed as "We would probaly either use the options as in going into the middle school" The new West Ridge or even the vets as a last result. "
We had then asked him when it would get fixed and how much it would cost and he told us, " It will be fixed in June and cost around $100,000." So there is our story leave comments and tell us if you think the ceiling is safe or not?
